In court Tuesday, Judge John Murphy III questioned YNW Melly about his right to testify and asked him whether or not he would testify in his own defense. “I will not testify,” the rapper told the judge. YNW Melly is accused of killing his two best friends, YNW Juvy and YNW SakChaser, then staging the crime to look like a drive-by shooting.
