While pleading guilty to murdering 13-year-old Tristyn Bailey, Aiden Fucci confirmed he was prescribed three medications used to treat mental illness. The Law&Crime Network’s Angenette Levy and psychotherapist Dr. Robi Ludwig discuss the possibility Fucci may have been in a psychotic state when committing the murder and how this factor may influence his prison sentence.
