Austin Ford’s defense attorney claimed the state has “twisted facts” they plan to present in his best friend’s murder retrial. Ford is accused of killing 18-year-old Tori Lang — she was found shot and killed at a popular Gwinnett County, Georgia park. “The state wants you to get into your feelings and overrule the facts,” defense attorney Lawrence Lewis said during his opening statement. “What? Use your common sense with the facts.”
