Bodycam video shows the moment after a 52-year-old man escaped an alleged kidnapping while being shot at by two suspects on March 9. In the video, the alleged kidnapping victim is talking to police with heavy duty zip ties attached to his wrist and apparent duct tape hanging from his neck. Nobody was injured. At last check, one person was arrested in the incident.
