A 16-year-old suspect allegedly rammed a Whitehall police cruiser while trying to escape in a stolen vehicle on August 15 in Ohio. Police say the teen and three other juveniles, ages 15, 12 and 13 were arrested. According to reports, the police chief expressed frustration in a news release, saying the driver was “smiling and laughing” while he was being arrested.
