The parents of Joseph McMullin, the 33-year-old Texas man killed during a first date on April 19, filed a lawsuit against the alleged drunk driver who is accused of killing him. Kristina Chambers now faces a $1 million wrongful death suit on top of the manslaughter charge for McMullin’s death.
