‘She Deserves to Die’: Accused Child Killer Tiffanie Lucas Slammed by Victim’s Stepmother

The Kentucky mom accused of shooting her young children, ages 6 and 9, entered a not guilty plea in court this week. Tiffanie Ann Lucas is being held on a $2 million bond. The Law&Crime Network’s Jesser Weber spoke with the stepmother of one of the victims, Michelle Rice, who says her family will accept nothing less than the death penalty for Lucas.
