WATERFORD, Calif. (ABC 10) — The Stanislaus County Sheriff’s Office is releasing more information about the series of events leading up to a deputy shooting and killing a 27-year-old man Tuesday. According to a news release, deputies were called to a home on the 13000 block of Bentley Street in Waterford for a report of a gunshot coming from a house around 3:20 a.m. A roommate of 27-year-old Bradly Locklin called police saying Locklin shot a gun inside the house but didn’t know why.
