Photos show Hannah Payne’s appearance after she fatally shot a Georgia man when he fled the scene of a crash. Payne claims she shot him in self-defense after witnessing the crash and confronting the driver when she followed him. Payne is being charged with malice murder, two counts of felony murder, aggravated assault, false imprisonment, and three counts of possession of a firearm during the commission of the crime.
