Parkland trial shocker! Nikolas Cruz defense suddenly rests after calling HALF their witnesses

Nikolas Cruz’s attorneys suddenly rested their case during the Parkland shooting trial, surprising both the judge and prosecutors who thought many more witnesses would be called. According to records, only about half of the expected 80 witnesses were called by the defense during their case.

Circuit Judge Elizabeth Scherer slammed attorney Melisa McNeill, calling the decision without warning “the most uncalled for, unprofessional way to try a case.”
