A newly released video shows Florida deputies arresting Tony Nguyen after Walmart security misidentified him as another man who was previously trespassed from the property. The Hernando County Sheriff’s Department released Nguyen shortly after the arrest once the misidentification was realized. Attorneys for the 35-year-old claim Walmart loss prevention racially profiled him when they misidentified Nguyen, an Asian man, as another Asian man, 29-year-old Cody Bondelinde.
