A former Ohio mayor was arrested on September 27 after officers said she drove drunk and led them on a brief high-speed chase. In newly released bodycam footage, Cathy Luke can be heard saying “Let me tell you!” and “This is wrong!” explaining that she used to be the mayor of North Royalton.
