The defense attorney for Letecia Stauch admitted the facts of her stepson’s murder case are horrifying. Prosecutors allege Stauch killed Gannon, put his body in a suitcase, and later dumped it in Florida. “I might as well be the devil himself up here running his mouth,” the defense attorney said while asking jurors to just give his case “a fair shake.”
