Watch the full interrogation of Seth Welch, the man who neglected his newborn child by not feeding her. The presence of THC was also found in the newborn child’s system. The child died of chronic malnutrition. Their house was also found with vermin, insects, and mold during the investigation. Welch was charged with homicide felony murder in August 2018. In 2020, he was convicted of first-degree murder and sentenced to life in prison without the possibility of parole.
