The lawyer representing Bryan Kohberger filed a motion requesting the court to unseal materials related to grand jury proceedings that led to an indictment against the accused student murderer. Anne C. Taylor filed the motion on May 19, just days before Kohberger would appear in court for his arraignment. Kohberger was indicted and charged with the November 2022 murders of four University of Idaho students.
