A Republican Idaho lawmaker introduced a bill that could bring back the penalty of death by a firing squad after a lethal injection execution was delayed in November due to a lack of resources. If convicted of brutally stabbing four University of Idaho students, accused murderer Bryan Kohberger could receive death by firing squad pending the outcome of this legislation.
