Bodycam footage shows a murder suspect admitting to shooting two men in Oklahoma on April 18. The Tulsa Police Department said Carlton Gilford shot a man in the back of the head in a library before shooting another man in a “QuikTrip” gas station. When confronted outside of the convenience store, Gilford tells police, “I did the shooting.” Authorities believe the shootings were racially-motivated hate crimes.
