An au pair, or live-in nanny, working for a family in Virginia faces a second-degree murder charge after allegedly shooting a man in their home. Juliana Peres Magalhaes is accused of fatally shooting Joseph Ryan after allegedly spotting him with a knife to the throat of her employer, Christine Banfield.
