Early on in the Gwyneth Paltrow ski crash trial, the alleged existence of GoPro footage showing the collision was discussed. Paltrow’s attorney, Stephen Owens, and Terry Sanderson’s defense team argued over the language to be used in the jury’s verdict forms, including the GoPro video that “may have existed” and the safety law instruction clause.
