A Florida man was arrested in Port Orange after he threatened to sue police, showed off his karate moves and threw lunch meat at an officer after an expletive-laced series of threats. The officer initially approached William Busi after a worker at a smoke shop said the man allegedly disrupted the business and threatened her and customers.
