Video shows the disturbing moments surrounding a Florida man’s arrest after he allegedly tried abducting children and threatened to kill people outside an elementary school on August 25. The Hernando County Sheriff’s Office said several witnesses identified 36-year-old Christopher Povlik as the man who pulled two children, ages 7 and 9 years old, by their backpacks and tried to prevent them from getting away. Povlik, who denied the allegations, spouted off a wide variety of bizarre statements while being transported to jail. The Law&Crime Network’s Sierra Gillespie breaks it down.
