A Florida police officer surrendered to local authorities after allegedly killing his girlfriend in front of her 3-year-old daughter on August 15. Chase Harder, a 21-year-old officer with the Fort Lauderdale Police Department, turned himself in to Coral Springs police just hours after he was accused of gunning down 24-year-old Dayanna Hurtado.
