Dashcam footage shows a fleeing suspect spinning out of control and crashing into Shorewood Elementary School during a high-speed chase on Wednesday. Washington Township police said Ryan Hasselbach fled from a traffic stop at speeds of nearly 100 mph before the near-deadly crash. After the 26-year-old was taken into custody, he attempted to escape from the patrol car after positioning his handcuffs in front of his body.
