Robert Telles, a former Nevada politician, appeared in court Tuesday and asked to represent himself in his upcoming murder trial. Telles is accused of murdering Jeff German, a Las Vegas Review-Journal reporter, who revealed information about the former Clark County public administrator before his reelection, which he lost.
