IONA, Fla. — When Luis Fernando-Hernandez Larraga walked into a McDonald’s on August 10, he made it clear he was not lovin’ it.
Larraga walked into the fast-food chain at 18500 Summerlin Road that night, though his intentions were unclear.
After placing an order, Larraga, 26, wasn’t so ‘happy’ while waiting for his meal. The homeless man began arguing with the restaurant workers, demanding they refund him or give him his food.
According to the Lee County Sheriff’s Office (LCSO), The altercation became heated and Larraga walked behind the restaurant counter to continue his quarrel, pleading for his money back.

Larraga scooped a handful of rocks from outside, opened the restaurant door and began hurling them at the counter. After three separate tosses of rocks, an employee approached Larraga and the two began exchanging punches, eventually forcing Larraga out of the restaurant and locking the door. Larraga’s violence continued outside as he furiously threw a rock at one of the restaurant’s windows and shattered it.
