Bodycam footage shows a Pullman police officer pulling over a vehicle after he noticed that the 19-year-old girl behind the wheel was driving recklessly. When he made contact with the driver, he immediately observed signs that she could’ve been driving under the influence when he noticed the smell of alcohol coming from her. The driver, Mairead Quigley, refused to perform any sobriety tests which resulted in her being arrested for DUI based on the police officer’s observations. When the two reached the police station, she was breathalyzed and blew a BAC of 0.179.
