A Rhode Island murder suspect was killed in a police shootout when he crashed his car during a pursuit and pointed a handgun at police on May 24. The Cranston Police Department said 52-year-old James Harrison allegedly killed his mother before he shot his neighbor and the victim’s 15-year-old daughter, leaving the neighbor dead and the girl injured. Harrison was accused by that neighbor of peeking in his daughter’s bedroom window the night before the triple shooting. The Law&Crime Network’s Sierra Gillespie has the full story.
