Billionaire Elon Musk is officially the new owner of Twitter.
Musk closed the deal by paying $54.20 per share, equal to $44 billion, Business Insider reported.
According to CNBC, Twitter CEO Parag Agrawal and chief financial officer Ned Segal ‘have left the company’s San Francisco headquarters and will not be returning.’
