Boston Police Release Photo Of Attempted Kidnapping Suspect

The Boston Police Department is seeking the public’s help to identify the suspect in connection to an attempted kidnapping that occurred at about 5:20 AM on Thursday August 12, 2021, in the area of 830 Washington Street in Boston.

Police say a woman was approached from behind by the suspect who placed his hands on her face while dragging her towards a nearby alleyway. The victim immediately screamed for help and was able to break free from the suspect who then fled the area on foot.

The victim sustained minor injuries during the incident but declined medical attention on scene.
