A registered sex offender was arrested on June 9 at a Georgia Walmart for allegedly touching the bottoms of two young female customers and taking upskirt photos of others. Bodycam footage shows Suwanne police rushing through the supercenter in search of 33-year-old Gary Moultrie after security showed them footage of the suspect creeping on the women. Moultrie was apprehended in the garden center after attempting to distract an officer he ran into, “my daughter is like right there, and she needs some help right now.” Police said Moultrie attempted to break his phone while being placed into handcuffs to destroy the evidence of his misdeeds.
