Bodycam footage shows an off-duty Ohio police officer being arrested after he was found asleep at the wheel in a vehicle with a strong odor of alcohol on July 14. St. Bernard police said Anthony Armbruster, an officer with the Elmwood Police Department, was arrested after he allegedly failed multiple sobriety tests and refused to take a breathalyzer. Armbruster can be heard saying he’s “not going to work tomorrow” and that he’s due in court in five hours. The 28-year-old resigned from his position and pleaded not guilty to the DUI charge.
