A man was allegedly caught on camera causing a collision at an intersection before carjacking a woman who had her child in the car on March 29. The Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department said officers shot Michael Barnes after he allegedly crashed the stolen vehicle on the interstate and attempted to shoot at police when confronted.
