Back in June, a New Jersey police officer noticed a driver who was swerving and had failed to stop at a stop sign. When the driver was pulled over, the Hoboken officer immediately noticed that the car smelled of alcohol. Diana Noriga admitted that she had a few drinks prior to getting behind the wheel then begged officers to let her go as she said she was also trying to become a police officer. When cops searched her vehicle, they found a half-empty bottle of tequila under the front passenger seat. When Norgia took a breathalyzer, she blew a 0.13% BAC.
