Convicted family killer Alex Murdaugh reportedly planned a birthday party for his son, Paul Murdaugh, while he was awaiting trial behind bars in 2022. The disgraced lawyer was sentenced to life in prison after being convicted of killing his son and wife, Maggie Murdaugh. Investigators concluded Murdaugh shot his son twice, once in the chest and once in the head.
