Accused Idaho student murderer Bryan Kohberger is set to appear in a Pennsylvania court Tuesday at 3:30 p.m. ET for an extradition hearing. Kohberger’s public defender, Jason LaBar, told Law&Crime Network that the Washington State University graduate student plans to waive his extradition hearing to expedite his return to Idaho.
