Woman Taken Into Custody After Shooting Man Outside Of Plano Apartment
A woman has been apprehended after being accused of shooting a man outside of their apartment, located in Plano, Texas.
Heather Elaine Poe, 33, has been charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon.
The man who was shot experienced non-life threatening wounds.
Detectives aren’t clear if the couple was legally married; however, they do have knowledge that they were in a relationship.
Authorities say that the woman has cited self-defense.
