A 40-year-old man was fatally shot by his girlfriend’s husband at a restaurant in Houston, Texas.
According to reports the 61 year old husband and 29 year old wife agreed to meet at Crab Station on the 4500 block of Cypress Creek Parkway to discuss their divorce. It was said the woman brought her new boyfriend with her to the meeting.
They had not been there for more than 20 minutes before the conversation as the investigators were told “did not go well”.
The husband left the restaurant and soon after came back inside and fired multiple rounds at the boyfriend and wife. The boyfriend was struck multiple times. His wife along with six other were unharmed.
The husband then got into his vehicle and sped away before officers could arrive. Not long after officers spotted the husbands Maserati in a parking lot near the restaurant. As they approached the vehicle he shot himself in the head.
He was rushed to a local hospital in critical condition and is not expected to survive.
