Reports have indicated that Kim and Kanye West’s divorce has been settled.

The two have now come to an agreement in relation to child support and property matters.

The settlement notes that Kim and Kanye will each have “equal access” to their 4 children. However, sources report that Kim will have the children most of the time.

It also details the fact that Kanye will give Kim $200,000 in child support, per month, which his only his share. He will also have to pay 50% of the children’s education fund and security costs.

Additionally, Kanye and Kim have also determined that if there is ever a problem related to the children, then mediation will occur. If one of then decides not be a part of it, then the other person gets to make the decision by default.

As far as the terms of the $200K child support, it must be paid by the first of each month and wired to Kim’s bank account.

When considering how to divide assests, they will follow the guidelines outlined in their prenup, and they have both waived spousal support.

Kim had first filed for divorce back in February 2021 after being married to Kanye for 7 years. The divorce proceedings lasted so long because Kanye wouldn’t discuss the issue with her. Thus, in March, Kim had to obtain an official decree ending their marriage. Custody and property matters were to be settled at a later date.

The settlement was made on Monday prior to when Kanye was supposed to have his deposition taken so that it would be available if there was going to be a trial next month.
