“Goodfellas” Paul Sorvino Dies at 83

Paul Sorvino, known for his acting role as a mob boss on “Goodfellas” and for his role on “Law & Order,” dies at the age of 83.

Sorvino died on Monday from natural causes. At the time of his passing, his wife Dee Dee Sorvino was at his bedside.

Mira Sorvino, Paul Sorvino’s daughter and well-known actress, wrote, “My heart is rent asunder- a life of love and joy and wisdom with him is over. He was the most wonderful father. I love him so much. I’m sending you love in the stars Dad as you ascend.”

He leaves behind three children and five grandchildren.
