Fort Worth Police Seize Over 25,000 Fentanyl Pills And $100,000 In Cash

Fort Worth police officers arrested two men who were attempting to sell 25,000 fentanyl pills to an informant.

Melvin Ladrelle Kellough and Atomic Dianthony Greene were arrested last Thursday and charged with conspiracy to possess a controlled substance with intent to distribute.

According to police documents, a defendant battling a separate case provided officials with key information that lead to the arrests. The informant gave a vehicle description, phone number, and descriptive details about large purchases that he’d previously made from the suspects.

Following the information, police had him set up a deal with Kellough who confirmed that he had about 24,000 fentanyl pills he could deliver.

Kellough arrived at the residence with a shoebox containing 25,000 small blue pills which tested presumptive positive for fentanyl. He was arrested on the spot.

Greene, who was waiting outside in the vehicle, was found with a loaded AR-15-style rifle and a loaded handgun. He was also arrested at the scene.
