Accidental Shooting In Dallas Leaves 11 Year Old Dead

An investigation is underway after an 11 year old was fatally shot Sunday afternoon in Dallas.

Officers responded to a shooting call a little before 2 p.m. on the 3500 block of Munger Avenue.

Upon arrival they found an 11 year old unresponsive at the scene. When emergency crews arrived they pronounced the child dead.

During the investigation officers learned that the shooting was accidental and have identified the suspect.

Authorities are still searching for the teen suspect.

This investigation remains ongoing.
