An 18 year old male was arrested in connection to the the fatal shooting of a man killed behind a Grand Prairie movie theatre last week.
The incident occurred on July 12 around 1:30 a.m. officers responded to a shooting call on the 200 block of West Westchester Parkway.
Upon arrival they found the victim, Walter Umukoro, 22 suffering from a gunshot wound. Emergency crews arrived and pronounced him dead at the scene.
On Monday U.S. Marshal’s arrested 18-year-old Cornelius Jackson with murder. His bond is set at $500,000.
